They are a small quality smokehouse run by Christer and Sandra. Here there is a farm shop next to the smokehouse. First of all, they try to distinguish themselves by having very high quality products. They primarily sell salmon, eel, whitefish, char, zander, pike, herring and many more types of fish. They also smoke game meat such as elk, wild boar, reindeer and bear.
They take their raw materials as closely as possible, but the quality is decisive.
Many of the raw materials come from Jämtland and Lapland. All goods are refined on site through hot smoking, cold smoking, sauna aging, digging, pickling, boiled and young baked products and more.
